• Identifying & confirming at request of a Private Equity firm whether the CEO and COO of its portfolio company engaged in questionable financial activities - misleading the Board with materially false reports. Upon affirmation,we assisted the diplomatic release and replacement of these executives.  Follow up transitional steps and appropriate related customer, employee and business actions helped assure a healthy ongoing business.
  

• Investigating alleged unethical actions of a company president - at the request of its Board of Directors.  After confidentially interviewing a dozen employees, we reported the findings to the board.  Our follow up assistance was then requested to help diplomatically release and replace this company president - with no adverse legal or employee issues occurring.
  

• Stepping In as "Interim CEO" at request of the Board of a Privately-Held Company - to reverse growing losses, employee turnover and potential product tampering.  Within ten months, our actions (a) led the company above break-even financially, (b) improved plant operations, morale & cost structure, (c) set up detailed Report Card Tracking of business-driving metrics, and (d) assisted Permanent CEO replacement.  We remain on the Board regarding ongoing matters.
  

• Meeting with its largest customers (Walmart & Costco) for a middle-market company, as their On Demand CEO & COO we developed mutually acceptable action plans that reversed the customers' decisions to switch their business to a competitor.  Preventing these customer supplier changes avoided massive profit losses at this family-operated firm.  Growth, quality and cost savings initiatives also were created for the company - enabling major internal improvements and significant ongoing top line and bottom line growth.
  

• Assessing for a Private Equity firm whether their CEO of a portfolio company was out-of-touch with the firm's business, mishandling customers, and not capable of leading the organization.  Internal and external challenges were identified through analyzing business data and moderating "Issues & Opportunities" sessions with the company's management and lead Private Equity board members.  The Private Equity firm then requested our assistance with coaching and subsequently improving management - which led to significantly better sales and profits.
